  • Why is my faucet constantly dripping?

    There are many reasons why your faucet may be dripping. High water pressure or broken internal plumbing components are typically the cause. We can easily and quickly fix this problem for you.

  • Why is my toilet running constantly?

    A constantly running toilet is typically due to a broken or malfunctioning flush mechanism or flush valve seal. If jiggling the flush valve or handle does nothing, you may need a replacement.

    There are many ways you can reduce the costs of heating your home. You can lower the thermostat and use more blankets at night, especially down-filled blankets and pillows that insulate heat. Keep your curtains and drapes open during the day to let warmth in, and keep them closed at night to keep the heat inside.

  • How do I know if I need my drains cleaned?

    You should have your drains cleaned if water doesn’t drain or drains too slowly, if water is backing up or if there is an unpleasant smell in your drains.

  • How can I keep my drains from getting clogged?

    Avoid pouring oils or grease down the drain, keep food out (if you have a garbage disposal, don’t put food down the drain that is thick or sticky like banana peels, potato skins or noodles), pour a pot of boiling water down the drain about once per week to clear out any grease or fat, and don’t flush products that are made of heavy paper.

  • How do I know if my sewer line is clogged?

    There are many ways to tell if a sewer line is clogged. If multiple drains are clogged, or if water backs up in other places when you use a plumbing fixture (ex: using the washing machine causes the toilet or shower drain to back up with water) you might have a backed up sewer line.

  • Why are tree roots getting into my sewer line?

    Tree roots grow towards sources of water and oxygen. If your sewer line has a crack in it, the tree roots will detect the water and oxygen inside your line, and break through the pipes.
